What we collect, and why.
Short version: the only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send us, and we use it only to reply to you.
The inquiry form
When you send an inquiry, we receive what you typed: your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, what you are interested in, your dates and your message, along with the time it was sent. We use it to answer you and to plan your stay, event, visit or shoot.
Your inquiry is delivered to us by email and kept in our own records so we can follow up. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone outside Valley Farm, other than the services that run this site for us (Cloudflare hosts the site and relays the form; Google stores our copy of inquiries). If you would like an inquiry removed from our records, email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It looks at your browser, not at you, and does not identify you to us.
Visiting the site
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites and does not tell us who you are.
The site sets no cookies of its own. The property film is embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, which means YouTube does not set tracking cookies unless you press play; from that point YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
Booking a stay
Stays are booked through Airbnb. Anything you share there is handled under Airbnb’s privacy policy, not this one.
